Context
The Student Technology Services (STS) is a program that offers tech support for students, by students. They offer a variety of services such as a helpdesk, device loans, and printing. STS hosted a Designathon and prompted the question "how might we make students more aware of the services?" and welcomed all solutions from marketing strategies to physical prototypes.

My team decided on a mutlstep approach to remind students of STS services at each step of the onboarding process. I led the ideation and prototyping of the wifi landing page, as displayed above. It is a short interactive quiz that students take to familiarize themselves with STS services in order to gain access to the wifi.
My team identified the target audience as freshman or transfers entering Berkeley for the first time, because they are most likely to be in need of these services. Therefore we proposed a multistep approach to integrate information about STS into the existing onboarding process for new students at the university.
